A key role in the European project MEASURED
ORELIS and CTI play a key role in the European project MEASURED by developing innovative membrane technologies. In collaboration with renowned partners worldwide, they push the boundaries of membrane technologies for pervaporation and distillation, aiming for a future environmentally friendly commercialization. CTI focuses on acid-resistant pervaporation membranes, while ORELIS works on innovative equipment to enhance the efficiency of industrial processes. The diversity of skills within the consortium, combined with their shared commitment to sustainable development, ensures the success of the MEASURED project and contributes to a more environmentally friendly future in chemical synthesis.
Customized membrane filtration testing, process design, and equipment supply
During 2023, CeraMem provided two bespoke systems to customers in the United States. One plant is fully automated and uses a sanitary rotary lobe pump with data recording and one K03 Kleansep module. The system is used to make small batches of an agrochemical. The membranes performed so well that the user decided to order a second system using two K99 modules for delivery in 2024. For another customer, CeraMem supplied a system using a K01 Kleansep module. The system will process a solvent and is designed to be explosion proof.

EnerCat: The Key Partner in Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction
With more than 600 m3 of catalysts sold in the last 5 years, ENERCAT strengthens its position as a French reference in the field of environmental catalysts in 2023. The company provides catalytic loads for the future municipal waste incinerator in the Parisian region, as well as the largest incinerator in Europe. Our technical service offerings and expertise are also valued by major players in the chemical industry (Arkema, Solvay, Axens) who are concerned about complying with increasingly strict environmental standards and the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We still have significant and exciting challenges ahead, but the pooling of expertise and know-how between CTI and ENERCAT gives us a real advantage over our direct competitors!
Small crossflow filtration plant with ceramic membranes
Small ceramic membrane tangential filtration stations are developed by Orelis Environnement, integrated into containers. Thanks to standardization, this compact unit occupies only 7 m² on the ground, offering the flexibility of use outdoors or inside a building. The mobility of the station, weather-resistant, allows temporary on-site use with easy fluid connections. And optimized automation for the operation of ceramic membranes.
